Club Branding Compliance and Public Image Readiness
For Clubs that have not yet completed this exercise, the principal priority for August 2026 is to ensure their branding aligns with Rotary’s current requirements and to follow up on the District 7030 Cluster PELS Club Public Image Chairs Presentation and Checklist distributed in March 2026:https://online.fliphtml5.com/ybdln/vbcs

This review will identify outstanding actions and help Clubs maintain an organised, accountable and brand-compliant Public Image programme.
The 2026–2027 Club Public Image Chairs and Club Boards were asked to review their websites, social media accounts and other public-facing communications using Rotary International’s 'Your Logos at a Glance' as the primary reference:

Outdated, altered or unofficial logos should be corrected, and approved logos, lockups, colours, fonts and other brand elements should be used consistently.
Clubs that have not yet completed the exercise should conduct their self-assessment and identify outstanding branding issues by mid-August 2026. Cluster-based follow-up and technical support will be provided during the third week of August. By 31 August 2026, these Clubs should have updated their principal public-facing platforms, completed the majority of the applicable checklist items and assigned an individual and deadline to each outstanding action.
This internal deadline will help Clubs complete the July Public Image Audit, August Public Image Plan and September Content Calendar before the official 31 October 2026 EPIC deadline. Completion of these three foundational tasks is required for Clubs seeking Gold or Platinum EPIC recognition.
Clubs can review the requirements on the 2026–2027 EPIC Award page:

Clubs can monitor their progress through the EPIC Award Status page:

This follow-up applies only to Clubs that have not already completed the branding review and the applicable Cluster PELS checklist requirements.
