Upgrade Your Members With Rotary's Learning Center
Have you visited Rotary's Learning Center recently?
Not only is Rotary's Learning Center available to use in multiple languages and offering courses in over 20 languages (including English, French and Dutch), but it contains both courses and learning plans covering a wide variety of subjects and catering to a broad spectrum of club roles and functions, as well as, several courses on various important topics relevant to all members within the Rotary world.
Rotary's Learning Center has shifted from a training model to a learning model. This is part of Rotary's Action Plan goal of putting participants at the center of what Rotary does. In practice, this means that members will have more active involvement in their learning and more control over it. It also means the people who lead Rotary learning experiences will serve more as facilitators who guide members to share their ideas than as lecturers who tell members information to know.
Online courses are designed to offer foundational information at the user’s own pace. People can then use that knowledge to inform and enhance their experience at other learning opportunities offered within their own club or by the district, the zone or Rotary International itself.

There are several valuable learning plans and courses within Rotary's Learning Center covering a variety of topics and club roles and designed to help club leaders better understand, plan and prepare for their roles and responsibilities, as well as, curated to provide a solid foundation on important Rotary information, recommendations, standards and practices. Current and incoming club leaders, as well as, all members should consistently explore the courses and learning plans available in Rotary's Learning Center and aim to complete as many as possible.
