Our country has been experiencing an alarming increase in criminal activity that has been affecting our society as a whole; we have also recognized the increase of violence against our women and young girls in the form of rape, brutal murders, abduction, human trafficking and domestic violence.  It is on this precept that we saw the need for our women and girls to be able to better protect and defend themselves.

The program will not only focus on training and equipping girls physically, but will also focus on other key areas such as social, emotional and cognitive development with the eventual aim of increase in self-awareness and confidence.
