PHF SPECIAL OFFER
District 7030’s PolioPlus Sub-Committee is pleased to announce a Paul Harris Fellow recognition special offer for 2020/2021.
 
In celebration of this year’s World Polio Day, during the month of October any Rotarian or Rotaractor in District 7030 who is interested in receiving their first PHF recognition (or bestowing a PHF to another individual) can take advantage of this one time offer made possible by our PolioPlus Chair Raj Jadoo.
 
Persons who have less than 1000 foundation recognition points can simply make a contribution towards the PolioPlus Fund (in the name of the person to whom the PHF is to be awarded) where such contribution equals half the number of points needed for a first time PHF (i.e. 1000 points). The District 7030 PolioPlus Sub-Committee will then transfer the same number of recognition points to the respective account to make up the difference and bring such account to 1000 points and thus earn the individual a PHF.
 
For example, if you have 300 foundation recognition points to your name, you can contribute US $350 towards the PolioPlus Fund during the month of October which will earn you 350 additional foundation recognition points. Once your contribution has been verified, an additional 350 points will be transferred to your account and your new cumulative total number of points will be 1000 and you shall earn a PHF. Similarly, if someone else has zero foundation recognition points, you can contribute US $500 to the PolioPlus Fund and an additional 500 points will be transferred to that person’s account.
 
This is essentially a half-price offer on first time PHFs available only to District 7030 members. Please note that the offer is also available to Rotarians, Rotaractors and/or clubs who want to make a contribution in the name of a non-Rotarian and earn that non-Rotarian a PHF. However, the offer is not applicable to persons who already hold a PHF.

La sous-commission PolioPlus du District 7030 est heureuse d'annoncer une offre spéciale de reconnaissance Paul Harris Fellow pour 2020/2021.
 
Pour célébrer la Journée Mondiale de la Polio de cette année, au cours du mois d'octobre, tout Rotarien ou Rotaractien du District 7030 qui souhaite recevoir sa première reconnaissance PHF (ou accorder une PHF à un autre individu) peut profiter de cette offre unique rendue possible par notre président PolioPlus, Raj Jadoo.
 
Les personnes qui ont moins de 1 000 points de reconnaissance de la fondation peuvent simplement faire une contribution au Fonds PolioPlus (au nom de la personne à laquelle le PHF doit être attribué) lorsque cette contribution est égale à la moitié du nombre de points nécessaires pour un premier PHF (c'est-à-dire 1 000 points). La sous-commission PolioPlus du District 7030 transférera ensuite le même nombre de points de reconnaissance sur le compte correspondant pour combler la différence et porter ce compte à 1 000 points et ainsi permettre à la personne de gagner un PHF.
 
Par exemple, si vous avez 300 points de reconnaissance de la fondation à votre nom, vous pouvez contribuer au Fonds PolioPlus à hauteur de 350 dollars américains au cours du mois d'octobre, ce qui vous permettra d'obtenir 350 points de reconnaissance supplémentaires de la fondation. Une fois votre contribution vérifiée, 350 points supplémentaires seront transférés sur votre compte et votre nouveau nombre total cumulé de points sera de 1 000 et vous gagnerez un PHF. De même, si une autre personne n'a aucun point de reconnaissance de la fondation, vous pouvez contribuer à hauteurs de 500 dollars américains au Fonds PolioPlus et 500 points supplémentaires seront transférés sur le compte de cette personne.
 
Il s'agit essentiellement d'une offre à moitié prix sur les PHF pour la première fois, disponible uniquement pour les membres du District 7030. Veuillez noter que l'offre est également disponible pour les Rotariens, les Rotaractiens et/ou les clubs qui souhaitent apporter une contribution au nom d'un non-Rotarien et lui faire gagner un PHF. Toutefois, l'offre n'est pas applicable aux personnes qui détiennent déjà un PHF.
