The installation ceremony brought together Rotarians from across District 7030, community leaders, government officials and partners in service to celebrate the achievements of outgoing President Mervyn Ali while welcoming a new era of leadership focused on sustainable community development.
As the Rotary Club of Sangre Grande builds on more than 20 years of service to eastern Trinidad, President Bacchus said the coming year will be defined by bold leadership, meaningful partnerships and sustainable community impact.
Under Rotary International’s theme, “Create Lasting Impact,” the club aims to inspire more people, particularly young professionals, to embrace service, strengthen communities and leave a legacy that extends far beyond a single Rotary year.
