New leadership team commits to building on momentum, strengthening service, growing membership, and expanding Rotary’s impact in St. Kitts and Nevis
BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, July 2026 - The Rotary Club of Liamuiga formally installed its Board of Directors for the 2026-2027 Rotary Year during its Board of Directors Installation Meeting held on Wednesday, 1st July 2026, at Poinciana Restaurant. The ceremony began at 6:30 p.m. and brought together guests and Rotary and Rotaract members for an evening of fellowship, reflection, and renewed commitment to service.
The installation meeting was held under the theme “Building on Momentum: Strengthening Service, Growing Membership, and Expanding Rotary’s Impact in St. Kitts and Nevis.” The theme captures the Club’s intention to preserve the strong traditions of Rotary while advancing practical, visible, and community-focused service in the year ahead.
The evening’s programme included the call to order, opening formalities, the outgoing President’s remarks, a District Governor’s message, dinner, the formal installation ceremony, presentation of club leadership pins and badges, and the incoming President’s acceptance address.
As part of the official installation ceremony, the Assistant Governor, Dr. Marcus Natta, administered the pledge and formally declared the Board installed for the 2026-2027 Rotary Year. The new board consists of

The installation of the President and Board of Directors marked a new chapter for the Club as it continues its work in community service, membership engagement, youth development, fundraising, public image, and support for The Rotary Foundation. The theme for the Rotary year 2026-2027 is Create Lasting Impact.
