RC St. Lucia 50th Anniversary Wine & Cheese Fiesta

The Rotary Club of Saint Lucia continued its 50th Anniversary celebrations with it’s Wine and Cheese Fiesta. The event in it’s 15th year was held under the patronage of Her Excellency Dame Pearlette Louisy - Governor General, Paul Harris Fellow and Honorary Rotarian. It took place on the lawn of Government House overlooking Saint Lucia’s capital city Castries where Caribbean chattel houses were set up with lights to accommodate the various gourmet food offerings.
Over 20 corporate sponsors team up with Rotary and provided specialty food items like, Swiss Raclette, chocolate fondue, sushi and Italian gelato to name a few.
The food was complemented with a large international cheese display and several bars serving nonalcoholic beverages, cocktails, beer, wine and old rums and rounded off by live musical entertainment.
The activity represents the largest fundraiser for the Rotary Club of Saint Lucia and draws a wide section of the business community as well as visitors to Saint Lucia to an elegant evening at Government House.
