In celebration of this year’s World Polio Day, during the month of October any Rotarian or Rotaractor in District 7030 who is interested in receiving their first PHF recognition (or any member or non-member wishing to bestow a first time PHF) can take advantage of this one time "Half-Price" offer made possible by our PolioPlus Chair Raj Jadoo.
Persons or clubs can simply make a contribution towards the PolioPlus Fund in the name of the Rotarian, Rotaractor or non-member who has less than 1000 foundation recognition points and to whom the PHF is to be awarded. Such contribution will equal half the number of points currently needed by the recipient for a first time PHF (i.e. 1000 points).
The District 7030 PolioPlus Sub-Committee will then transfer the same number of recognition points to the recipient's respective account to make up the difference and bring such account to 1000 points and thus earn the individual a PHF.
This offer applies to first time PHF recipients only and contributions to the PolioPlus Fund must be made under one of the countries/territories under District 7030.
