Fellow Rotarians, Rotaractors, Interactors, and Friends of District 7030,
April is here and brings with it our much-anticipated annual District Conference - one of the most meaningful events in our Rotary Calendar.
Our Rotary District 7030 Conference has always been far more than a meeting opportunity. It is a celebration of service, of impact and a whole lot of fellowship. It is that moment when Rotarians from across our District come together to reflect on the work we have done, the lives we have touched, and the communities we have strengthened through our collective commitment to Service above Self.
Over the past months, I have had the distinct honor and privilege of visiting our clubs throughout this dynamic and culturally rich District. What I have seen everywhere is awe-inspiring—Rotarians, Rotaractors, leading projects that address real needs: supporting youth, expanding opportunities for education, improving access to health services, protecting and supporting our environment, and building stronger, more inclusive, more compassionate communities.
I have also seen our young Interactors and EarlyActors demonstrate remarkable focus and commitment as they respond to genuine community needs, cultivating a strong sense of global citizenship and gaining an early appreciation for the true value of service and leadership.
Our conference will be the stage where we share some of these stories of impact and celebrate all of what we have been able to achieve.
But the District Conference isn't just retrospective. It is also about looking forward as it is an opportunity to learn, to be inspired by powerful speakers, to exchange ideas, and to strengthen the partnerships that allow Rotary to grow and evolve. It is where friendships are deepened, collaborations are born, and the Rotary spirit is renewed.
For many, the conference will also be a reminder that while our District spans many islands and cultures, we are united by a single purpose: to create lasting change in our communities and in the world.
As we approach this important gathering, I continue to encourage every Rotarian, Rotaractor, and member of the Rotary family to be a part of this. Your presence matters. Your voice matters. And your story is part of the larger story of Rotary in our District.
Through our collective presence, we strengthen the bonds within our District, celebrate the stories of change, and energize one another to continue making a difference. Let us come together in fellowship, in celebration, and in renewed commitment to service and to a more inclusive culture.
I look forward to seeing many of you at our 2026 District Conference, as we celebrate the incredible work of our District 7030 Rotary family and continue to strengthen our shared vision for the future.

Chers Rotariens, Rotaractiens, Interactiens et Amis du District 7030,
Avril est arrivé, et avec lui notre très attendue Conférence de District annuelle, l'un des événements les plus importants de notre calendrier rotarien.
La Conférence de notre District 7030 a toujours été bien plus qu'une simple réunion. C'est une célébration du service, de l'impact et d'une grande camaraderie. C'est le moment où les Rotariens de tout notre District se réunissent pour réfléchir au travail accompli, aux vies transformées et aux communautés renforcées grâce à notre engagement collectif à servir d'abord.
Ces derniers mois, J'ai eu l'honneur et le privilège de visiter nos clubs dans tout ce district dynamique et culturellement riche. Partout, j'ai été impressionné par l'engagement des Rotariens et des Rotaractiens, qui mènent des projets répondant à des besoins réels: soutien à la jeunesse, élargissement de l'accès à l'éducation, amélioration de l'accès aux services de santé, protection et préservation de notre environnement, et construction de communautés plus fortes, plus inclusives et plus solidaires.
J'ai également constaté l'engagement et la concentration remarquables de nos jeunes Interactiens et EarlyActiens, qui répondent eux aussi aux besoins réels de la communauté, cultivant ainsi un fort sens de la citoyenneté mondiale et une compréhension précoce de la véritable valeur du service et du leadership.
Notre conférence sera l'occasion de partager certains de ces témoignages d'impact et de célébrer tout ce que nous avons accompli.
Mais la Conférence de District n'est pas seulement un retour sur le passé. C'est aussi une projection vers l'avenir, une opportunité d'apprendre, de s'inspirer d'orateurs de renom, d'échanger des idées et de renforcer les partenariats qui permettent au Rotary de grandir et d'évoluer. C'est là que les amitiés se consolident, que les collaborations voient le jour et que l'esprit rotarien se renouvelle.
Pour beaucoup, la conférence rappellera également que, même si notre District s'étend sur de nombreuses îles et cultures, nous sommes unis par un seul objectif: créer un changement durable dans nos communautés et dans le monde.
À l'approche de cet important rassemblement, j'encourage chaque Rotarien, Rotaractien et membre de la famille Rotary à y participer. Votre présence compte. Votre voix compte. Votre histoire s'inscrit dans la grande histoire du Rotary dans notre district.
Ensemble, nous renforçons les liens au sein de notre district, célébrons les réussites et nous encourageons mutuellement à continuer d'agir pour le bien commun. Unissons-nous dans un esprit de fraternité, de célébration et de renouvellement de notre engagement au service d'une culture plus inclusive.
J'ai hâte de vous retrouver nombreux à notre conférence de district de 2026, où nous célébrerons l'incroyable travail de notre famille Rotary D7030 et continuerons de consolider notre vision commune de l'avenir.
