Proactively and creatively pursue prospective members, update prospect list, proactively seek (additional) invites for prospects, monitor compliance with recruitment rules, arrange orientation session, acquire orientation report, cv and motivation letter, draft 7-Day Letter and present to padrino/madrina to sign, send 7-Day letter to the Secretary.
