District Conference Barbados 2016

In 2016, the District 7030 PETS, Assembly & Conference returns to the beautiful shores of Barbados.

The early registration deadline ends February 15, 2016.

Key Facts To Remember:

• PETS runs from Wednesday 20th April to Thursday 21st April
• District Conference & Assembly runs from Friday 22nd April to Saturday 23rd April
• Registration fees (after 15th February) are as follows: US $350 per Rotarian and US $600 for Rotarian & Guest
• Registration includes: PETS Workshops & Lunches, Opening Ceremony, Conference Proceedings & Lunches, Home Hospitality and Closing Ceremony​.
• Registration may be completed and paid for online at the conference website (http://www.7030conference2016.com/) or offline using the registration form available for download on this page which should be completed and submitted to the conference committee (7030conference2016@gmail.com)
• Accommodations may be made at the following hotels which have provided special rates for conference attendees:
  • Radisson Aquatica Resort (promo code RODICO)
  • Barbados Hilton
  • Accra Beach Resort
  • Courtyard Marriott
  • Blue Orchids
  • Coral Mist
• Ground Transportation to and from hotels/airport on arrival and departure dates shall be provided and arranged by the Conference Committee once you have provided the necessary information (i.e. flight information) with your registration.
• PETS shall take place at the Radisson Aquatica Resort and the Conference shall take place at Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre.
• Transportation to and from the respect venues shall be provided/arranged by the conference committee once you have provided the necessary information (i.e. hotel information) with your registration.
• Hospitality Suite shall be located at the Radisson Aquatica Resort...please feel free to contribute your local beverages!
• House of Friendship at the Conference venue is still open for participants. Please check here for more information.
